NHS Covid street teams in Sheffield
NHS street teams will be out and about across Sheffield on the 15, 18 & 19th December. They will be working with our Community Covid Bus staff to talk to members of the public about:
- Covid vaccines & boosters
- Concerns about the government’s ‘Plan B’
- Types of Covid testing
- How to keep yourself safe in the run up to the festive period
Each team are multilingual, and will have lots of information about testing, keeping safe and how/where to get fully vaccinated.
Please share these details with your communities and encourage them to pop over for a chat if they see the team.
 The locations for the teams on Wednesday 15 December 10am-6pm are:
- Tesco, Infirmary Road S6 & Upperthorpe
- Lidl, Darnall & along Main Road
- Burngreave, along the Wicker
- Spital Hill & Ellesmere Green
- Wolseley Road, S7
- Plantation Road, S8
- Abbeydale Road, S7
- London Road, S2
- Hanover Street, S3
- Sorby Street, S4
- Roundel Road, S9
- Bland Street, S4
- Barnsley Road, S5
The location for the teams on Saturday 18th 10am-6pm & Sunday 19th 10am-5pm is:
Asda, Handsworth Road, S13
