Dig Where you Stand

Désirée Reynolds has been the Writer In Residence at Sheffield City Archives for six months, creating the ‘Dig Where You Stand’ project which tells the stories of Black and Brown people and other racialised communities hidden in the archives.  For Black History Month, Désirée and the Archivists set up a stall in Moor Market to tell some of these stories. If you missed this, you can still come and chat to Désirée and the Archivists about the project on Tuesday 9th November (2-4pm) in the foyer of Central Library which also houses an exhibition.
