Resident Inspectors - Help Needed

Then this could be of interest to you!
We are looking for some new Resident Inspectors. This entails a monthly inspection route which takes on average two hours at the most.
We will ask you to look at blocks of flats for cleaning standards, litter on the estate, and grounds maintenance such as hedges and grass cutting. This informs our service level agreement which contractors have to comply with. The results of your inspections are important to us for our performance indicators.
We provide you with a name badge, a handbook which shows the standards expected and an induction and training session. We also hold two meetings a year, which all Inspectors are invited to, for a get together and to exchange experiences and to raise any concerns. However you will always receive any support required throughout the process.
We value your time and commitment and Inspectors receive a £20 Morrison's shopping voucher for every report submitted on time.
We are hopeful of developing suitable electronic technology in the future to assist with the inspections.
