The Band of the Yorkshire Regiment
One of the most accomplished brass and marching bands in the country, the Band of the Yorkshire Regiment, will play two shows as Sheffield marks Armed Forces Day this Saturday.
Cliffhanger
The festival will kick off on Friday evening in Devonshire Green with an evening of live music, activities, demonstrations and refreshments. Sheffield will be transformed into a giant outdoor playground, with professional demonstrations and activities in sports including climbing, mountain biking, running, skateboarding, orienteering and much more.
Folk Forest
A festival set in a stunning river and woodland location at Endcliffe Park, expect a programme of music set across 5 stages, local food & drink, arts, crafts and fun for the entire family.
Fringe at Tramlines
Highlights include free outdoor entertainment at The Fringe Stage at Devonshire Green, an 80s/90s disco at The Peace Gardens, street performers in Barker’s Pool, a traditional funfair on Fargate and dozens of pubs, clubs and venues across the city featuring bands, DJs and performers over the Tramlines weekend.
