There's a Welcoming Space across Sandwell if you need a warm welcome.

We're doing all we can to support Sandwell and there are Welcoming Spaces in some of our libraries that are open over the holidays.

Welcoming Spaces are buildings that can provide places to sit, chat and join in the free activities.

A frozen condensate pipe can be a common problem when temperatures reach 0 Celsius and below.

A condensate pipe is an external waste disposal pipe allowing your condensing boiler to expel small amounts of excess water into an outside drain.

During the winter, the condensate pipe may freeze. This video provides you with some helpful tips and preventative measures you can take to tackle the cold weather.
