 Garden waste collections are back for 2024
From Monday 8 January you can sign up to received garden waste collections for 2024.
The subscription costs ยฃ35 and will cover 20 collections which start from Monday 18 March 2024.
If you subscribed to receive garden waste collections in 2023, you will have to renew your subscription for 2024.

Save yourself another letter and get your Council Tax bill by email
Signing up for paperless Council Tax bill is a simpler, quicker and more reliable way to receive and check your Council Tax bill.
It means you can view your bill as soon as it's available, keep a copy handy on your phone or computer and download and print it if you want to. It also helps protect the environment by saving paper and reduces postage and printing costs.
To register to receive e-bills, simply complete our online form.

We know that some residents prefer to do things face-to-face. That's why we've opened two community hubs in Blackheath and West Bromwich for when you need some help.
If you need advice on an issue or query, help with accessing council services or you just need to speak to someone, the two hubs are at:
Central Library, High Street, West Bromwich, B70 8DZ: Every Tuesday, 10am to 4.30pm
Blackheath Library, High Street, Blackheath, B65 0EA: Every Wednesday, 10am to 4.30pm
There's also access to computers and Wi-Fi, and you can get help to sign up for a MySandwell account if you want one.
