Thank you for your help - please keep going!
We wanted to say thank you once again to all Sandwell residents and businesses who are following lockdown rules, remembering the basics (Hands, Face, Space) and going above and beyond to keep their neighbours and customers COVID-safe.
The council, our partners in the NHS, the Police and local community and faith groups will continue to provide you with advice and support to get us all through the winter.
During tough times it's nice to know you're not alone
The council and our partners are here to provide as much help and support as we can to residents affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Our friends in the Healthy Sandwell team can provide you with help and support to quit smoking, eat healthier or just get a bit fitter.
 Healthy mind, healthy body
Mental health is just as important as physical health and it's OK to not be OK, but please don't suffer in silence.
Due to the added stress caused by the COVID-19 pandemic it is important to maintain our mental health and there is plenty of help and support available to help you look after your mental health.
Support includes NHS Every Mind Matters programme and two local support services:
Sandwell Healthy Minds - for details go to the Sandwell Healthy Minds website or call 0303 033 9903 (8am - 5pm Monday to Friday)
Kooth - for anyone under the age of 16, there’s a great online mental wellbeing community on the Kooth website
When we're under stress, some may turn to smoking, drinking or even drugs to help them cope.
We are here to help you avoid substance misuse. Our services are free and COVID-safe.
