Our annual autumn Safer 6 campaign has a special online focus this year.
Look out for our e-newsletters and posts on social media over the next six weeks. The Safer Sandwell Partnership campaign will promote a wide range of safety, crime prevention and healthy living advice, as well as key Covid-19 information to help protect people from the virus.
Each of the six weeks will have a different theme: - Week 1 (21-27 Sep): Health and wellbeing - Week 2 (28 Sep-4 Oct): Exploitation - Week 3 (5-11 Oct): Domestic abuse - Week 4 (12-18 Oct): Hate crime - Week 5 (19-25 Oct): Modern slavery - Week 6 (26 Oct-1 Nov): Crime and anti-social behaviour

Thinking of selling your house?
We are working to rebuild our council house stocks by acquiring properties – including new build homes – to help reduce the impact of poverty, improve lives and help children and families reach their full potential.
These purchases will help meet some of the demand for affordable housing in Sandwell, adding to the hundreds of new homes that are being delivered through the council’s new build programme.
If you are thinking about selling your home and would like further information please call 0121 569 5078 or email property_purchases@sandwell.gov.uk
Each property purchased will be assessed against several principles and criteria before a purchase goes ahead.
