The DMS remains the single source of truth for your HUG2 delivery data
All access to the automated batch system (ABS) was revoked at 4pm on Friday 6 June. Since this deadline, we are aware that some grant recipients have raised concerns about outstanding or unprocessed batch amendments.
Please see below for key reminders and information related to the closure:
-
data reconciliation will be based on the information submitted through the DMS, not information on the ABS
- if your batch amendments were not processed before the deadline, please ensure these are added to the DMS as soon as possible, accurately reflecting any changes and the measures were delivered on-site at the relevant property
- you do not need to wait until the 10th working day to submit your reports via the DMS
DMS reporting and data reconciliation
To support the data reconciliation process and ensure an accurate understanding of your financial position – including for cost caps, admin and ancillary costs (A&A) – all properties must be reported in the DMS as soon as possible.
Grant recipients do not need to wait for TrustMark lodgements to add properties to their latest DMS report. Lodgement numbers can be included in the final, reconciled report at a later date.
