Support for your data reconciliation
Following feedback and discussion at last week's roundtable, you should now have received an invitation to your first data reconciliation session.
The invite would have come direct from your project support officer here at Salix.
Earlier this week, you should have also received a detailed report with a clear breakdown on the missing, inconsistent or omitted data as flagged in the initial email from your SPOC.
Our project support officers are here to help you throughout the process and will happily accommodate any frequency or additional meetings to ensure you can reconcile any issues as soon as possible.
Automated batch system (ABS) and batch amendments
Reminder: batch amendments are due this week.
- The batch amendment deadline is this Friday 23 May
-
This deadline cannot be extended as the contract with the system provider is ending and there is no scheme funding allocated for the financial year 2025/26
-
Please submit any batch amendments by the 23 May deadline, data reconciliation can be completed afterwards
- As a reminder, data reconciliation will be based on the information submitted through the DMS, rather than the information on the ABS. Therefore, it's essential that the DMS remains the single source of the truth for HUG2 data as we move into closure
- Access will not be removed immediately after Friday 23 May. Users will retain access until 4pm on Friday 6 June to view information and download reports, after which time all access will be revoked
- This is a hard deadline, so please ensure any relevant stakeholders are aware. We recommend a calendar reminder to ensure any required information is exported prior to system closure
Clawback
Any surplus funding that has not been utlised by a grant recipient in scheme delivery or in admin and ancillary costs (A&A) under HUG2 must be returned to the department as per the memorandum of understanding (MoU).
Our teams at Salix will aim to reach out to you in June to confirm the approach it will take on breaches of A&A, park homes and cost caps.
