Project closure: we're nearly there!
With your project completion just a few weeks away, we wanted to check in to make sure that you're confident with your final installations and satisfied with the support you're receiving.
To help us to understand this, please share your feedback by completing this short survey.
The survey should take no more than 10 minutes of your time to complete and will help us to understand whether there is any additional support we can facilitate that may be of benefit as you complete your works.
We look forward to working with you to make the final stages of your project a success.
Advice for accessing the ABS
Aligned with scheme closure and demobilisation, the automated batch system (ABS) will also close by mid-2025.
For organisations with multiple contacts signed up to the system, there's nothing further you need to do. However, for grant recipients with a single account for access, we recommend that you either:
- ensure multiple colleagues in your team have access to the system, or
- set up ABS through a joint email account for ease of access across your teams
Ensuring multiple people can access your batch details will assist with data exports required for audit activity, as well as for your own records related to project delivery through the scheme.
To amend account details or set colleagues' up with access to the system, please contact hug2.assessments@arup.com
Closure timeline
A scheme closure timeline has now been published on the closure webpage on the HUG Hive.
The timeline, which has been produced by the department and will also be shared in the roundtable readout slides, provides indicative details for upcoming activities associated with scheme closure.
