- hear about what worked well, including strategies that boosted participation and built trust, as well as the challenges faced and solutions found
- see how lessons learned are being applied to new projects for more inclusive and effective engagement

About
Portsmouth City Council leads a housing consortium of more than 20 local authority members and has seen success implementing resident engagement tactics through the Home Upgrade Grant (HUG2) scheme.
However, insights shared are likely to benefit organisations delivering through Wave 2 of the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund or possibly through future waves of similar schemes.
