Our quarterly support services feedback survey is a part of our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement. Issued every three months, it is designed to gather valuable feedback on your experience working with your Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) within the context of your programme(s).
It should take no longer than 20 minutes to complete, with responses due no later than COP Friday 7 February 2025.
Your input is essential to help us enhance the quality of support provided and ensure the success of these programmes. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and insights.
Your responses will be treated confidentially. Personal identifiers will be systematically removed during the analysis process to ensure complete anonymity. The data will be securely stored, and access will be restricted to authorised personnel involved in the review process.
We will only contact you for further communication or updates regarding this form when you have provided explicit consent to do so.
