The Main Hall, located on the ground floor, is the largest hall at The Mill, and is suitable for large events such as craft fayres, indoor markets and exhibitions. With a stage and dressing room, the Main Hall is also a suitable space for various performances and concerts.

The Bar Lounge, located on the first floor, is a medium-sized function room suitable for meetings and presentations.

The Meeting Room, located on the ground floor, is a small room suitable for client meetings, presentations and training courses.

There are two pay and display car parks directly outside the Mill Arts and Events Centre. For further information on hiring The Mill, or the facilities available, please contact Rochford District Council’s Leisure & Cultural Services Team using this form or by phoning 01702 963328. Thank you.
