Thank you for subscribing to our garden waste collection service during the past year. With your help we have recycled more than 12,000 tonnes of garden waste over the past 12 months.
You already have an annual Direct Debit set up to pay for next year’s service and we will continue to collect your garden waste next year once your payment has been processed on or around 3 February 2025. The service will run from 24 February 2025 until 20 February 2026, inclusive.
The cost of the service is £49 for a single bin, or £89 if you have two brown bins at your home. If you’re a Rothercard holder, you can claim a discounted rate of £41.40 for your first bin. Two bins will cost £81.40.

You will need your Rothercard to do this and must claim before 8 January 2025.

Your Direct Debit
Your Direct Debit payment will be taken on or around 3 February 2025.
We’ll send you a reminder of your Direct Debit details and the amount you will pay around 10 days before we take payment from your bank account.
If you want to cancel your subscription, or you have changed your bank account you’ll need to update your information before 8 January 2025 to make sure payment isn’t taken from your old bank account.

If you’ve already cancelled your Direct Debit payment and no longer want to continue to use the garden waste service, we need you to update your record.
