Riverside Gardens

Planning permission for Riverside Gardens in the town centre has been granted. 

Plans include a pedestrianised walk through from the flagship Forge Island development, providing a key gateway to the heart of the town centre.

It will offer a play area for children and spaces to socialise and relax with views of the river, close to the new Forge Island leisure amenities including the Arc Cinema, Travelodge hotel, and restaurants and bars.

WOW Rotherham festival this Saturday

The WOW Rotherham festival takes place in the town centre this Saturday!

The main hub will be located in All Saints' Square with Rotherham Minster and lots of town centre businesses also hosting all kinds of wonderful activities, talks, performances, street theatre, workshops and more.
