The first home is now open in the Council’s ambitious £30m+ development of more than 170 homes across three key town centre sites, heralding the next stage in Rotherham town centre's transformation.

The show home at Wellgate Place is now open to the public and is the first chance people have had to see what the future of housing in the town centre will look like.

Join Rotherham Wah Hong Chinese Association for their Chinese New Year Celebration in the Outdoor Covered Market next Saturday (12 February).

The event takes place from 1.30pm to 2.30pm and includes a Chinese Lion Dance performance and free food tasting.
