Town centre living is taking shape in Rotherham as we look to create 171 new homes across three prime sites. The first homes will be available in autumn 2021 and the entire scheme completed by summer 2022.

Future town centre plans on display
The demolition of Riverside Precinct is now well underway and the designs showing the future of our town centre attracted a lot of attention as they were put up in front of what will become the new Riverside Gardens entrance.
This will lead to the Forge Island leisure development which will include a new 8-screen cinema, hotel and food & drink outlets.
