Rotherham’s winners are buzzing from garden competition awards success

Winners of the Council’s annual garden competition for council tenants and leaseholders are buzzing with their success at a celebration event at Clifton Park Garden House.

The garden competition celebrates Council tenants who make a real difference to their communities by taking pride in their gardens and, in turn, making Rotherham estates cleaner, greener and safer places to live.

Preventing suicide in Rotherham

Nobody should feel that suicide is the only way out of their current situation. Everyone should have easy access to support and advice when they are feeling depressed, scared and alone. 'Be The One' empowers Rotherham people to talk to someone they are worried about, whether a stranger or someone they know, listen to this person to help them feel less alone, and to care about those around them to prevent people from reaching the point of suicide.
