Since launching our Redbridge Wall of Shame, we’ve caught, on average, one offender every month. We’ve also seen a decline in fly-tipping at two hotspot locations previously featured on our Wall of Shame.
We have nine new clips of grime crime offenders in our September edition of Redbridge Wall of Shame and need your help identifying the culprits caught on camera trashing our streets.
If you can help identify any of the offenders, please email us.
Why not begin your fitness journey with someone special with Vision's Gym Buddy Offer this September? Hurry, though; there are only a few days left to take up this exciting offer.

We're delighted to announce the launch of the Redbridge Education Awards –set up to recognise and pay tribute to people who support young people to achieve extraordinary futures.
This is a fantastic opportunity to nominate people in the borough who you feel make a difference to the lives of children and young people in Redbridge.
Whether they are a childminder, teacher, work in a nursery or support in schools – if they have had a positive impact, then please tell us. The 14 awards include teacher of the year, inclusivity award and champions for change.
Do you know an unsung hero within your family, your street, or your community, or a group or organisation that has made a positive and selfless contribution to the lives of Redbridge residents?
If the answer is yes, why not enter them into our community awards this year?
- An individual, group or organisation, whose service to the Community is worthy of special recognition
- An individual, group or organisation who deserves recognition for their supreme effort, strength, bravery or achievement
- An individual, group or organisation who has achieved something which benefits the community
It doesn’t matter how small or big; we would love to hear from you!
We are asking people who live, work or visit Ilford or the nearby area to share their views on plans to create a new health and care centre in the heart of Ilford town centre.
Our plans for the new centre would provide easy access to GP services and a range of health, social care and community services from two floors in the Ilford Exchange shopping centre.
These services in a modern building in a central location with excellent transport links would allow us to meet residents' needs better.
Residents can have their say on the proposals from Monday 26 September, until Sunday 6 November.
The quickest way for people to share their feedback is through our online survey. Residents can also attend a number of information events either online or at Redbridge Central Library.
We want to hear about your priorities for Redbridge. Your feedback will help shape future plans for the borough. Log into our new website to join the conversation.
The website displays various themes, including the natural environment, safety, connections, heritage, character, uses and development – to tell you about the borough. You can also submit feedback, which will be used to understand where to focus services, jobs or housing in the future.
The website will be live until Wednesday 9 November, with the second round of engagement due to take place in 2023.
To help tackle the growing problem and rising number of homeless households and the increasing cost of accommodation, we've committed to building 600 new affordable homes by 2024 and procuring temporary properties which can be constructed at pace on council-owned land.
The work doesn't stop there. To secure an affordable supply of temporary accommodation to meet the growing demand for housing, we've invested £45 million in our Housing Purchase and Repair Programme. The investment will allow us to buy, repair/refurbish a mix of two- and three-bedroom properties with the current emphasis on the larger units.
Please get in touch with the Home Ownership Team for further information if you're considering selling your property.
