National Inclusion Week (NIW) is a week of focus for workforces worldwide on what inclusivity means to them.
This year's theme is 'Time to Act: #ThePowerOfNow' to focus on making inclusivity an everyday reality. The aim of the week is to drive change and encourage action to continue to provide equal access to opportunities and resources for people who might otherwise be excluded or marginalised.

It is important staff update personal details in Fusion to ensure we are supporting them in the best possible way. We are an inclusive employer and want to make sure that everyone who works here feels included and has the same access to opportunities. The diverse work culture we have helps us achieve our corporate plan for 2022/23 and the City Vision for 2040.
Inclusivity goes beyond our workforce
Every action counts, no matter how little this may be. There are many ways in which you can make your services more inclusive.
