All settings who bought the Ofsted package last year and have been inspected since accessing the training, have consistently achieved Good overall Ofsted inspection judgements. These providers attended the webinars, received mock learning walks from their linked Early Years Quality and Sufficiency Officer and their staff teams benefitted from receiving an Ofsted inspection workshop at their setting.

10 October - Quality of Education

We will share the key principles of this judgement such as the EYFS curriculum, teaching, assessment and cultural capital.

21 November - Behaviour and Attitudes

We will share the key principles of this judgement such as characteristics of effective learning, promoting attendance, helping children to manage their own feelings and behaviour and how they relate to others.

10 December - Personal Development

We will share the key principles of this judgement such as developing children's understanding of fundamental British values, supporting them to have healthy lifestyles and an awareness of good hygiene and how to keep themselves safe online.

23 January - Leadership and Management

We will share the key principles of this judgement such as how you support staff's professional development and wellbeing and your safeguarding practice and policy.

At each of these webinars you will have the opportunity to consider how you are currently performing against the grade descriptors for each judgement and identify priorities for improvement.
