The forecast task will be available on the provider portal from Monday, 6 November 2023. In order to avoid late submissions please make sure that your current log in details are working, contact the Synergy support team at synergysupport@portsmouthcc.gov.uk if you have password issues that need resolving.
The deadline for submission is Monday, 13 November 2023.
All providers will need to complete the task to claim early education funding for their two-, three- and four-year-olds who are registered to attend in the Spring term. Payment will be made to providers in the first week of January based on the information you submit to us.
Please remember:
- Parents must have completed and signed the parent declaration forms before you add children to the headcount task. Please include any changes to funded hours. You may want to consider issuing this form to parents as part of your registration process.
You can still claim funding for children who start after the submission date by adding them to the Adjustment period 1 headcount task which will be issued in January 2024.
Please note that the Synergy system does not support changes from a term time offer to a stretched offer within a funding period. If you have submitted a claim for a term time place on your actual task and a parent wants to change to a stretched offer mid-term you will need to advise them that they will have to wait until the following term to make those changes.
