Portsmouth's Brewhouse and Kitchen has been named ‘Best Pub Brand of the Year’ at the National Pub and Bar Awards 2022.
Matt Preisinger Marketing and Brand Director of Brewhouse and Kitchen said
‘We’re over the moon to receive this award. We have always had a big focus on innovating within the pub arena and continuing to do so by further developing our food, drink and experience offer is absolutely at the forefront of our plans’
The company started in 2013 with its first Brewpub in Guildhall Walk, in Portsmouth. Their ethos was to create a place where they could inspire people to become as passionate about beer as they were. Since then, the company has grown and now has 24 pubs across the South, London, Cardiff, and Southsea.
A new designed garden complete with outdoor kitchen has opened at the Queens Hotel in Southsea.
A new garden menu and extensive drinks list have also been devised to make the most of the garden space and al-fresco dining.
Designer Lorien Loten from Southsea's Garden Angel was commissioned to work her magic on the grounds. Her design has seen the creation of 15 garden areas with Mediterranean style planting, where you and your friends can unwind and enjoy special times.
When it came to creating the perfect entrance to the re-styled garden, the Queens Hotel commissioned Peter Clutterbuck’s Design Blacksmiths from Southsea to make their set of gates.
