 If, after you have submitted the Headcount Actual task for the summer term, you have any changes to children accessing funding, please contact the Early Years Funding Team on eyfunding@portsmouthcc.gov.uk to request an amendment task. This will be issued to you via the provider portal as soon as the process for generating the forecast payments for the autumn term is complete. The submission date for the amendment task is Friday 5 August 2022. Any new children wanting to start their funding after this date will need to wait until the beginning of the next funding period (except in exceptional circumstances).
