Feedback needed to help improve mental health support for young people

Do you know a 16–25-year-old who has recently accessed, or tried to access, mental health support in Portsmouth?

We're running a short survey for young people to share their experiences, and this feedback will help us to create better access to support and inform new ways of working.

The survey takes less than five minutes to complete and closes on Tuesday 31 May. Young people can choose to share their experience anonymously.
