Inspiration Fest tickets are now available!

Natalie Oliver

The wait is over!

Book your place at our virtual weekender which will be full of wonderful workshops and inspirational ideas.

We have :

  • The legendary Alistair Bryce-Clegg who is creating a workshop just for Portsmouth practitioners on the importance of PLAY!
  • Wild City Portsmouth who will be helping us to develop our creative skills so that our children can see the nature that is all around them in our city.
  • Ben Kingsley-Hughes who will encourage us to think outside of the box whilst playing inside a cardboard box with his exciting take on Loose Parts play. And Ben will also present a workshop on you, as Early Years Heroes and explore how the early years practitioner dramatically shapes, guides and supports a child to become their future self. Click here to see Ben's overview of his workshops.
  • Black Lives Matter is a movement to raise awareness and educate people about racial inequalities around the world. Racism is something we can all learn about. This workshop will explore ways in which we can support and promote equality for all in our Early Years settings.

  • Portsmouth parent Adelle Spindlove will be sharing a reading of her published book 'Freddie and the High Flying Kick' - a children's picture book about disability and inclusion
  • Lydia Miron, one of our city's Childminders will share her thoughts on positive body image and we welcome back to Portsmouth, Julie Revels, a SEND expert who will be reflecting on well-being in her 'think piece'.

Join us for an exciting virtual festival. Tickets are £30 pp and can be booked by visiting Portsmouth Early Years Training Website
