For those of you who have joined our SEND collaboration sessions with NASEN and Julie Revells, we are sure you and others will be excited to hear that Julie is back and presenting a free national early years event on 15th July between 5.30-7pm. This is an opportunity to share and celebrate achievements from the last 16 months. It is also a chance to take a reflective look at how each of us, as individuals within our work community, families and beyond, have experienced and made sense of the experiences, feelings and emotional responses of the pandemic.  Portsmouth Safeguarding Children Partnership (PSCP) is providing free online training which gives an overview of the new guidance issued by the Department for Education entitled: Keeping children safe during community activities, after-school clubs and tuition.
Places are available for anyone who is a provider of an out-of-school setting or school staff who are interested and would like to join the session.
The free training will take place on the following dates:
- Monday 5 July 2021, 11am-12:30pm
- Tuesday 10 August 2021, 11am-12:30pm
- Wednesday 15 September 2021, 4:30pm-6pm
- Friday 19 November 2021, 11am-12:30pm
