Amendment Task

If, after you have submitted the Headcount Actual task for the autumn term, you have any changes to children accessing funding, please contact the Early Years Funding Team eyfunding@portsmouthcc.gov.uk to request an amendment task. This will be issued to you via the provider portal as soon as the process for generating the forecast payments for the spring term is complete. The submission date for the amendment task is 29th November 2019.

New Parent Declaration Form

Just to remind you that the parent declaration form has been updated to include space for a parent to inform you if their child has accessed funded hours before starting with you. This is especially important for you to know if a child starts with you mid term. Please delete any other versions and use this one from now on.
