Our reports
 This year we've published several reports highlighting some of the common themes and missed opportunities we've found in complaints, including:
- Spotlight on maternity care
- Spotlight on sepsis
- Broken trust: making patient safety more than just a promise.
Podcasts
 This year we had some great guests on our Radio Ombudsman podcast including:
- public health expert Bill Kirkup, who spoke about his career, what he's learnt during his investigations and how we can make more progress in improving patient safety
- sepsis campaigner Melissa Mead, who spoke about the loss of her son, campaigning to raise awareness and what needs to change going forward.
New look decisions website
This year, we've also listened to user feedback and made improvements to our decisions website so it's easier to search and read our decisions online.
