Dear Colleague,
As companies grow and adapt, so do their core values. PHL Group's current 6 values have been in place since 2016 and after gathering valuable insights from our staff survey and engaging in values workshops at the end of 2023, we're thrilled to unveil the new PHL Group Values.
The new values reflect not only who we are today but also our aspirations for tomorrow. They encapsulate the essence of our culture, guiding our actions and decisions as we navigate the ever-changing landscape of healthcare. Most importantly they were created by you... and your input to the Values workshops.
Thanks to everyone who took part and help to shape the future of the Group.
Over the next few weeks we'll spend time as a company and in our teams talking about these values, what they mean and how we can embed them and the behaviours that go with each of these values
