Help Us To Help You
Over the last few months there has been an increase in 999 calls to the Essex Police Force Control Room and Resolution Centre. The team have done an outstanding job and have performed above the national average when taking your calls.
However, on average only 20% of those calls were emergency related. Calling 999 must be a last resort and you should only use this service if you are reporting an emergency that requires an immediate and urgent police response.
There are many different ways you can contact Essex Police to report non-emergency crime.
