Acronyms officially opens the doors to its new Plymouth office
Leading regional IT company Acronyms has marked the official opening of its new Plymouth office with a Town Hall event for its 33 staff across the South West.
In a move that confirms its continued confidence in the region, the company has purchased a facility at William Prance Road in Plymouth which sees its local office footprint more than double in size. This will enable Acronyms to increase its team in the city with aims to employ 50 staff across its South West offices by early 2025.
The company, which was founded in Plymouth in 2003 had previously spent 15 years as tenants at Plymouth Science Park. Acronyms thrived in the Science Park's technology-rich environment and during their time there expanded its regional presence by opening offices in Bristol and Bodmin through organic growth and acquisitions.
