International Women's Day is on the horizon. Friday 8 March. The day celebrates women's achievements throughout history and across societies. It calls for gender equality and women's empowerment. We love equality. The theme for International Women's Day 2024 is "Inspire inclusion." This means that when we appreciate and respect women from all different backgrounds – like where they come from, how much money they have, and their beliefs about politics – the world gets better for everyone.

BIT Training would like to speak with organisations to discuss the following opportunity. The government is asking training providers to speak with organisations about core skills they need that can be shaped into Funded Skills Bootcamps. BIT Training is planning to deliver a Prince 2 Project Management Bootcamp and is eager to explore whether it aligns with your business needs.
The urgency: There's a deadline to submit tenders by the end of February, so acting quickly is essential to fund the programme. They need to gather some essential information to determine if this programme is relevant and if you are interested in using the bootcamp to recruit or upskill employees.
What BIT need to know:
- Interest: Would your organisation be interested in participating in this government-funded Bootcamp?
- Number of Participants: How many individuals within your organisation would benefit from this training?
- Skills and Delivery: Briefly describe your current project management needs (skills, technical requirements, delivery methods).
- Recruitment: Would you consider recruiting new talent from the Bootcamp attendees?
Example Customisation: BIT recently worked with another organisation that requested conflict management and resolution training incorporated into the program alongside Prince2. We can tailor the curriculum to your specific needs.
Next Steps: To talk about this more and answer any questions, they propose a 30-minute call whenever you get a chance. To register your interest please email sales@thinkbitgroup.co.uk or call 01752 724000 and ask for the Bootcamp Team.
