Don't forget the bank holiday bin day changes

bank holiday bins

All collections, including brown, green and grey garden waste bins, will be one day later than usual this week due to the bank holiday.

Please put your bins on the kerbside from 6.30pm the night before your collection day and return them to within your property boundary after your collection.

If you are not sure which bin is due for collection this week you can always visit on our online checker.

Visiting Plymouth's recycling centres

chelson

Both our household recycling centres are currently open but please think ahead before visiting as additional COVID-19 safety measures remain in place.

When at the centres please maintain a two-metre distance from others at all times. We are encouraging visitors to wear face coverings.

Please only take items you can handle without assistance as staff are not able to help unload or carry waste.

There is a limit of two people per vehicle. Children and dogs are allowed but must stay inside the vehicle at all times.

The number of vehicles allowed onto the sites is limited and they may have to close temporarily at very busy times if queues impact the surrounding roads.

Don't forget to bring proof of your Plymouth address.
