We work in partnership with local organisations to deliver a wide variety of programmes designed to provide the residents of Oadby, Wigston and South Wigston with the opportunity to be physically active.

Free ways to get active this autumn! |

There are plenty of ways to get active this autumn, here are our top tips:

A sociable beginner running group, led by our qualified and enthusiastic Leader in Running Fitness, Ross. We'll gently build up your fitness and support you along the way to jogging 5K!

Are you struggling with social isolation and/or loneliness which is impacting your mental wellbeing?
Join instructor-led Wellbeing Paddle Sessions and enjoy the beautiful waterways at Kilby Bridge.

Every Tuesday 4pm - 5pm at Brocks Hill Country park in Oadby.
Sessions will involved a family walk followed by den building in the wooded area! Family friendly, free, open to all!

A range of walking groups are running across the borough, including ladies only, dementia specific, and open to all.
|

We want to hear from you! Let us know what you would like to see in your local area. It could be local projects, provisions, anything at all to enhance the community's health and wellbeing!
