In October, we advised you that changes were coming to the Vehicle Operator Licensing (VOL) platform.
Those changes have now happened giving you, the operator, the ability to communicate directly with the OTC using your self-service account within VOL.
Using this service means that you are able to see all communication within your licence details on VOL, and is a simpler, more secure way to send us information.
