The new service will allow you to request the following reports:
- Operator Compliance Risk Score (OCRS) and detailed report
- Vehicle Maintenance Test History
- Encounter reports
The link to access ‘Your DVSA Operator Reports’ will be available on the right-hand side of the Vehicle Operator Licence (VOL) homepage when you log into your account (see below).
 When you click on the link you will see this page below while the system connects you to the Operator Report Service. This may take a few moments to open.
 The service will allow you to request reports as and when required but each day between 9pm and 8.30am the service will be unavailable due to routine maintenance.
