Thank you for your patience during our transition from the Research Accreditation Service (RAS), which is now closed. The RAS previously handled researcher and project accreditation for users of both the Secure Research Service (SRS) and the Integrated Data Service (IDS). 

We now offer two new systems tailored to different user needs: 

• Project Accreditation Service for SRS (PASS) 

• People & Projects Service (PPS) 

Researcher accreditation  

The new People & Projects Service (PPS) will provide researcher accreditation for all researchers. 

Project accreditation 

Accredited researchers looking to use the SRS or the IDS will take different routes to obtain project accreditation. SRS users will use the PASS and IDS users will use the PPS.
