The Office for National Statistics (ONS) has published the next phase of Census 2021 topic summaries for England and Wales looking at Welsh language (release page).
This includes univariate data on Welsh language skills (speaking, reading, writing, understanding) down to Output Area (OA) level and data on Welsh language speaking skills, by age, down to local authority level.
Full analysis has been produced by the Welsh Government.
