New SRS Ingest Form and Transfer Form live from 18th July
As reported in a previous SRS newsletter, Statistical Support is updating the SRS request forms to reduce request ambiguity and improve functionality. The two new forms are ‘Ingest to Project’ and ‘File Transfer Between Projects’ to be used from 18th July onwards:
- ‘Ingest to Project’ should be used to bring content into your SRS project where it is not available elsewhere in SRS (ingest requests).
- ‘File Transfer Between Projects’ should be used to copy content between your SRS projects (transfer requests).
To make a request, researchers should review the files for ingest/transfer to make sure that they are permitted for the intended projects, and then send these files along with completed forms to SRS Customer Support.
The two new forms are attached and will be available on the website soon.
Also a reminder that as of 28th June all output clearances for all SRS projects should now be sent to statistical.support@ons.gov.uk. This does not affect all other requests which still need to be sent to srs.customer.support@ons.gov.uk. Similarly all Longitudinal Study requests continue to be handled by the Celsius Team.
