We recently let you know about upcoming changes to the Secure Research Service (SRS) to enable additional support for growing analysis within the platform, via our SRS newsletter.

In light of recent performance issues, we have taken the decision to migrate to our new cloud service tomorrow. While we make the necessary updates to the service, the SRS will not be available from 08:00 Wednesday 28 June for 24 hours, until 08:00 Thursday 29 June.

We apologise for the inconvenience this will cause you, especially given the short notice. The service will be back up and running on Thursday morning. Please continue to use your normal log-on details. 

We will keep you updated with further updates, including the implementation of two-factor authentication in July.
