Public sector finances, UK: April 2020
ONS has today published the public sector finances for April 2020. The effects of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic are not fully captured in these initial estimates for April 2020 and second provisional estimates for the financial year ending March 2020. However, for the first time we make estimates of the effects of some government #COVID-19 measures, including the furlough scheme.
