You should have now moved all of your files and documents, including desktop items, to your OneDrive.
We will now begin the process of making these U drives 'read only' which means you'll no longer be able to create new documents or make amendments to anything remaining, but you will be able to delete items and move them over to OneDrive until the end of January.
At the end of January, we'll begin to delete any files remaining in the drives - before we do this, we send out several reminders.
Staff away on any long-term absence
If you know of anyone on long-term sickness, maternity leave any other long-term absence and may have missed the deadline, please complete this quick form and tell us their name. We will ensure their files are not deleted.
OneDrive training and guidance
If you need some more help, revisit the training or watch the training session on OneDrive, or you can visit our Learning Pathways site.
There is beginner, intermediate and advance learning and guidance available also. Check it out.
Change Agents
We now have a group of Change Agents ready to support you in your M365 journey, so if you do need a little extra support, find your change agent and reach out to them.
Corporate Digital Skills Training
Our digital skills training programme also includes courses designed for people who would like a bit of extra support with OneDrive and other Microsoft 365 products. Have a look at the session details for 'Core ICT Setup and Microsoft Office', 'Microsoft OneDrive and SharePoint overview' and 'Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint Best Practices' to find the one that best meets your needs. Details of the full schedule and how to book are on the intranet Fit for the Future: Digital Skills Training - news. If you can't find the course you want, try changing the search in Itrent from 'Events available' to 'All' and if it's fully booked, add yourself to the waiting list. We will be organising more of the most popular sessions.
Thank you for your huge effort in clearing up your files and moving across to OneDrive, particularly in this busy period.
