We're no longer delivering printed waste collection calendars to households.
You'll still be able to check your waste collection dates online.
From Monday 2 December, you can view your Christmas collections and download a 2025 calendar by:
- Visiting my.nwleics.gov.uk
- Searching your postcode in the ‘My location’ box on our website
- Logging in to your council ‘MyAccount'.
From 2 December, there’ll also be a small stock of printed copies available for collection from the Customer Centre on Belvoir Road, Coalville. Accessible formats of the calendar, such as braille, will be posted out on request.
The decision was made as part of the 2024-25 budget and will reduce carbon emissions, whilst saving around £15,000 each year in printing and delivering 49,000 calendars to all households in our district.
