Our performance
The recent changes to how social housing is regulated includes an increased requirement for landlords to be transparent and provide more information to tenants. This will make it easier for tenants to hold their landlord to account if things go wrong.
We have started to publish performance information on our website and will be looking to provide more information in the coming months.
This will include our Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM’s) which is survey and performance information we are required to provide annually to the Regulator of Social Housing. This information will be used by the Regulator to compare our performance against other social landlords and to intervene if performance falls below expected levels.
The first results are due to be published by the Regulator autumn 2024.
