Food Redistribution Grant
Grants are available for community and voluntary groups to establish schemes that help families and households access affordable, good quality and nutritious food.
Organisations (including local authorities such as parish, district and borough councils) can now apply for a grant worth up to £10,000.
Closing date for applications: Sunday 26 February.
This is the first of three funding rounds, with applications expected to re-open at a date to be confirmed. Successful applications will be able to use the funding to establish or support food redistribution schemes to meet local need.
This is part of a package of support by Nottinghamshire County Council to help those most affected by rising food costs.
