Out and about in the run up to Christmas?
As more of us are out and about in the run up to Christmas - shopping, meeting colleagues, catching up with friends and visiting relatives - remember to do your bit to keep everyone safe, especially those who are more vulnerable.
Wearing a face covering in busy indoor places, covering coughs and sneezes, washing or sanitising your hands, opening windows if you can and staying at home if you feel unwell can all help to reduce the spread of Covid-19 and other respiratory infections like flu. These illnesses can spread easily and may cause serious illness in some people.
