Don't miss the first ever Notts Day Festival
With only one week to go till our Nottinghamshire Day Festival here's all the info...
Event details:
- When? Saturday 27 Aug 11am - 8pm
- Where? Sherwood Forest, Edwinstowe NG21 9RN
- FREE to attend (if travelling by car please note that parking is £10 per vehicle, per day this is in line with events taking place at the venue throughout the bank holiday weekend)
What can you expect at the festival?
Well, where do we start...
- Robin Hood, Marian and their band of outlaws will be there performing a two-part combat show 'Lionheart'
- Family friendly activities such as axe throwing, catapulting, crossbow shooting, interactive holographic movie experience starring Robin Hood (using multi-media headsets)
- Local live acts; headlining the festival is soul and R&B star Rob Green
- And much more!
The festival coincides with the return of the much-loved Robin Hood Festival which is currently taking place over several weekends until 29 August.
