More Health and Wellbeing Hubs will be across the county for the Bank Holiday weekend
Whilst you're out celebrating the Queen's Jubilee this weekend, why not visit one of our Health and Wellbeing Hubs and say hello to our friendly team! At the Hubs, you can ask the team any questions you may have and discover what free support is available near you.
Whether you're looking for information on loneliness, diet and nutrition, alcoholism, support with technology, finance, Covid-19 vaccinations or more, our team are available to help you find the right support for you.
We've added additional hubs to our schedule for this Jubilee weekend. Check the timetable to find a site near you.
Do you care?
Our figures show there could be as many as 243,440 unpaid carers in Nottinghamshire and Nottingham City. Each of these carers plays a vital role and during next week’s National Carers Week, we want carers to feel visible, valued and supported in Nottinghamshire.
We have worked with our partners and carers to launch CarersSpaceNotts to help carers have an equal voice in shaping policies and services. Any carer can get involved, so visit the website to find out more.
If you are a carer, the Nottinghamshire Carers Hub can offer you a range of support to meet your individual needs. It provides free, confidential and personalised information, advice and support for carers of all ages, including telephone and online support.

NHS 111 online
If you need medical help this weekend, think 111 online first. Trained advisors at 111 online will be able to advise on the best place for people to go for their needs.
111 online can tell you:
- where to get help for your symptoms, if you're not sure what to do
- how to find general health information and advice
- where to get an emergency supply of your prescribed medicine
- how to get a repeat prescription

Boost your protection
The spring booster vaccine is being offered to those at extremely high risk to help strengthen their protection against Covid-19.
You will be offered a spring booster if it's been more than six months since your first booster dose and:
- are aged 75 years old or over
- live in a care home for older people
- are aged 12 years old or over with a weakened immune system.
Encourage your loved ones to book an appointment today.
